Select your desired booth number from the drop down menu, the price will automatically populate for you, then click add to cart.

If you select a booth number and the website says "sold out" then that desired booth has already been registered and paid for by another vendor.

Go Texan Pavilion: are located inside one of our large circus tents - the tent measures in total 120 feet wide and 60 feet deep. The tent has a ceiling, open air/no walls, grass/dirt floors.

Note there are pre-set 10x10 booths and 10x20 booths - you can create a larger booth by registering for multiple spaces (example 10x30 or 20x20) if you would like a larger booth please register for multiple adjoining booths.

Electricity is not available for this booth unless we have expressed demand to provide electricity. Electricity is an additional $60. If you are interested in having electricity please email info@Bigtopvintage.com - if we have enough demand we will get a generator for this pavilion.

Restrictions: this pavilion is for official Go Texan members.

If you intend to sell food per paired at the market or you intend to serve samples of your items at the market you may need a food permit from Harris County. All booths inside the tent can have electricity run to them, electricity is an additional $60.

Admission dates and times:
Saturday, February 22 - 9am - 5pm
Sunday, February 23 - 9am - 5pm

Vendor Move in:
Friday, February 21 - 11am - 8pm &
Saturday, February 22 6am - 9am.

Vendors will be emailed weeks prior to the event with specific set up instructions and the move in schedule, we try to stagger move ins to allow for up close and easy access for vendors.

Refunds/Event Rain Out: cancellations with a full 100% refund will be granted if you request a cancellation via email on or before November 29. After November 30 no refunds will be given for vendor cancellations. If a vendor is unable to make the event you may transfer your booth to another customer. The market is rain of shine.

Admission: general admission to the public is free. Families, strollers and wagons are welcome.

Vendor Parking: Big Top Vintage does not coordinate any official parking lot.

There are several parking options available including paid parking lots, free lot parking and street parking available to the public fees may vary - you may want to bring cash for parking.

All vendors will be given 1 parking pass to allow for free parking during market hours.  Any additional parking pass will need to be purchased cash in person upon arrival of any parking lot (prices range from $5-$10).
